I would like to understand about SLA in Staffing.

any tools or methods to implement.

    How it works in IT?

what are qualifications required for an agency to sign SLA with corporates.

    Appreciate your experiences on this.

SLA is an agreement or a contract made between two parties- One being the Service Provider and the other Customer. This means Service Level Agreement. This is a contract made between them in terms of the service being provided and includes all the information/clauses required to ensure customer satisfaction.
    In Recruitment,

SLA defines about the target(s) the service provider has to meet with it’s client/customer. If a provider says he will fill his client needs within 24 hours after the position to be filled is issued, SLA here is 24 hours and the provider has to meet or should have a valid reason if he has not met the SLA.

It might work the same in IT as to how the project should be designed or implemented and by when the service provider has to release the project etc.

Not sure, if this is the exact answer. But, according to my understanding and experience i have shared this. Hope this helps.

    Thanks& Regards
